- Please arrive 5-10mins prior to Appointment to fill out any paperwork
- PLEASE do not come in if you even think you may be sick with ANYTHING! Our cancellation policy does not encompass sick cancellations.
- Plan ahead! Payment can be processed by the credit card on file which you provided at booking.
- Cash gratuities may be given directly to your technician as our preferred method. However, you may Venmo your technician directly or add a tip to your credit card.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. - MINORS: If you are under 18 years of age, please let us know at booking, so we can reserve a room that a guardian can be present with you during your service. Our massage therapists will not work on anyone under 16 years of age. Guardian must accompany teenager for service in order to sign the waiver.
